Am finally getting around to saying hello and coming out of lurkdom. Trying to keep up with my blog reader sorta prevents this from time to time.
I knew I had to comment when you posted your recipe for Clam Chowdah! Being in Maine as I am, and hating it as much as I do (the clam chowder, not Maine), I am always looking for good recipes so that I can continue to be a downeast poser. *lol*
Boy, and when you said "vat" you meant vat!
Teenager says your recipe looks good (she loves the stuff)...so when we have our next lobstah bake, I'll have to make a batch...I don't think I could handle a "vat".
